How Belovora Got Its Start
Belovora Exterior Cleaning was born from a straightforward observation: Portland homeowners deserve better. Too many exterior cleaning companies cut corners, use harsh chemicals that harm the Willamette watershed, or deliver inconsistent results. We set out to build something different — a company rooted in technical expertise, environmental responsibility, and genuine care for the properties we serve. What began as a small operation serving a handful of neighborhoods has grown into a trusted name across 14 cities in the Portland metro area, all through referrals and repeat customers who appreciate the difference that real craftsmanship makes.
Founded in Portland
Belovora launched with a single pressure washer, a pickup truck, and a commitment to doing the job right. Our first clients were neighbors who spread the word after seeing the results on their own driveways and siding.
First Commercial Client
A local property management company brought us on to handle a multi-building exterior cleaning project. That contract proved our systems could scale without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Expanded Service Offerings
